Our partnership process is akin to dating. We are ultimately committed to establishing meaningful and harmonious partnerships – that’s why the right fit matters.

Clarity, transparency and openness to connect beyond small talks and big boardroom words are what we value, in ourselves and our partners. This means we are respectful of our partners’ time as much as our own. It’s why we invest resources upfront to meaningfully engage with each prospective partner – no bluffs, only a more equitable future to build together.

The First Date

  • Identify potential partners through research and networks.
  • Initial meeting to understand the prospective partner and assess strategic alignment.
  • Mutual evaluation of fit.

Stage 01

The Courtship

  • Follow-up meetings and site visits to understand strategic goals.
  • Preliminary due diligence tailored to funding type (grant/impact investment), with transparency for partners to opt out.

Stage 02

The Proposal

  • Pre-grant support to co-create a partnership proposal, including TOC workshops and grant scoping discussions.
  • Conduct an organizational health-check to identify potential support areas.
  • Internal review and decision with key stakeholders.

Stage 03

The Commitment

  • Final due diligence.
  • Review and sign partnership agreement.
  • Begin partnership.
